A unique method to study different histological structures using Hematoxylin and Eosin staining in partially decalcified ground sections of teeth : A research article

Introduction: Examining the tooth is considered as foremost segment in research field of oral biology and pathology. For studying various structures like enamel, dentin cementum, ground section teeth used, while decalcified sections are used for soft tissues.
 Objective: The present study was aimed at exploring normal hard tissue parts where partially were stained them with routine hematoxylin eosin stain.
 Methodology: study, a total 30 extracted collected. freshly prepared partly by putting 10% nitric acid time period 20- 25 seconds. After this, washed tap water. staining procedure mounted on clean glass slides using DPX mounting media. then analyzed histological under microscope.
 Results: When viewed light microscope, variety appeared stained, some did not take stain remain unstained.
 Conclusion: preparing our method, we hope that it would be great help undergraduate students to extent scholars understand better easy way.
